Smart self-extinguishing ashtrays

An ashtray provides a dedicated container for ash and cigarette ends. Smart models differ from traditional open ashtrays by including an electric mechanism designed to draw some of the rising smoke towards the inner chamber.

The current range focuses on compact self-extinguishing ashtrays available with different power systems and colour finishes. They may be used in a suitably designated smoking area, such as a balcony, terrace or stationary vehicle, subject to local rules and safety requirements.

How does a smokeless electric ashtray work?

When activated, the internal mechanism draws some of the smoke rising directly above the container. The enclosed chamber collects cigarette ends, while a supplied fragrance insert is intended to mask unpleasant odours.

“Smokeless” does not mean that the device removes all smoke or purifies an entire room. Performance depends on the amount of smoke, positioning and surrounding conditions. The ashtray is not a substitute for ventilation, a dedicated air purifier or protecting other people from second-hand smoke.

Fragrance inserts

Install and replace the insert in accordance with the product instructions. Remove it before cleaning when required by the design. Its fragrance may gradually become weaker during use.

A compact shape can make an ashtray easier to position inside a car. Before purchasing, compare the product dimensions with the cup holder or other intended location. Example models in the current range measure approximately 13.5 cm by 7 cm.
